As a Somatic Bodywork Practitioner, I FEEL A DEEP CALLING TO WORK WITH PEOPLE, co-creating their healing journey. My approach is rooted in GUIDING PEOPLE TO REDISCOVER THEIR INNER WISDOM and fostering a deepeR relationship with themselves.

I’ve experienced what it means to feel disconnected from my body and sense of self-worth. Growing up, I wasn’t shown how to honour or listen to my body, which left me feeling disconnected from my authentic self. It wasn’t until I faced the profound grief of losing loved ones and my struggles with fertility that I began to rediscover this connection. These experiences, though painful, have guided me back to my inner strength and wisdom. Now, I stand in my own power, and it is this journey that inspires me to support others as they reconnect with themselves on their own path of healing and self discovery, I believe we need to create spaces for what is too much to be held alone.

As a Certified Tul’ix/Arvigo Practitioner, I work with people to connect to their body through the womb, belly, and the natural cycles we experience. These cycles are not only personal but are part of the greater cycles that guide us, whether we are aware of them or not. This work honours the indigenous wisdom and lineage of Don Elijio Panti’s Yucatec Maya healing traditions through which it has been passed down. For me, it has ignited a deep connection to my own ancestral wisdom that lives within my bones, and I have witnessed this same awakening in those I work with.

As a Teen Youth Mentor, trained through the Shine Within Academy. I am driven by a passion for helping young people realise their inherent self-worth, guiding them to understand that they are enough, exactly as they are. As a mentor, I walk beside them, helping them navigate the inner wisdom that is already within them.

As a HAWA Breathwork Facilitator, I believe in the profound power of breath. Breathwork has been transformational in my own healing, bringing me back to a deeper understanding of who I am and allowing me to live more authentically. I often think how beneficial it would have been to have access to these tools as a young person, and so I am deeply committed to sharing breathwork with teens, as well as anyone who feels called to explore via the Breath. Breath connects us all—helping us reconnect to our body, mind, and soul.

I work with people from all walks of life, whether they’re teens navigating anxiety, self-worth or just struggling to be themselves, people reconnecting to their bodies, those on fertility journeys and wanting to grow their family, or individuals seeking healing from grief and life transitions. I hold space for people who are ready to explore their own internal wisdom, build a deeper connection to themselves, and embrace their full potential.

All my teachings and experiences have led me to a profound understanding of how we can live more fully in our bodies, aligning mind, body, and soul in our day-to-day lives. How can we be more connected to ourselves and to each other? How can we live in a way that allows us to be more of who we truly are? These are the questions that guide my work, and I am grateful to share this journey with others.

I invite you to connect with me if you are ready to explore your own journey of healing, deepen your connection to yourself, or are simply curious about how we can work together. I look forward to walking alongside you on this path.

When I'm not in clinic you can find me out in nature, mostly at the beach walking the dog, swimming, Rollerskating at the parks, taking or offering a Qoya class and being in the company of loved ones and sharing a laugh.
