THE Be More of You Experience

This half-day experience is designed to guide you through a powerful journey of release, embodiment, and renewal. It's an invitation to reconnect with yourself, clear stagnant energy, and feel more aligned and whole.

  • BREATH WORK:  This breathwork session opens a sacred space for transformation, inviting emotional release and a journey into deeper realms. Through the breath, you will access the wisdom of your inner healer, who intuitively knows what is needed in this moment, guiding you toward what serves your highest self. Trust the unfolding.

  • BODYWORK: Following the breathwork, the bodywork session will help integrate the experience, grounding and embodying the shifts you’ve made.

  • SPIRITUAL BATH or ICE BATH: To conclude, the spiritual bath/Ice Bath will cleanse and clear any remaining energy, offering a blessing and renewal to bring you into a state of peace, clarity and vitality.

What to Expect on the Day

  • Settling-In Period: We will start the experience by giving you time to arrive, settle in, and ground yourself in preparation for the experience ahead.

  • Meditation and Breath-work (1 hour 35 minutes): Begin with a 15-minute meditation to centre yourself, followed by a powerful breathwork session to release and explore whatever emotions - energy come up for you.

  • Reflection After the breathwork, you will have time to reflect on your experience and share any thoughts or feelings that arise, allowing deeper integration.

  • Bodywork This bodywork session will further assist in grounding the energy and insights from the breath-work, helping you reconnect with your body.

  • Spiritual Bath To complete the retreat, a spiritual bath will clear and renew your energy, offering a final blessing to seal the experience.
     Being in the feminine we need to be somewhat fluid on the day and the above timings may move

Pre-Retreat Chat

To prepare you for the experience, I offer a complimentary 30-minute chat a day or two beforehand. During this time, I will explain the breathwork process, practice the breath and answer any questions you may have. This ensures that we can be fully present on the day.
